When choosing a driving instructor you might want to ask -  Are they any good?  Lots are, but some are not..  

So, if you are doing your research, look for instructors recommended by people who have already used them. The best instructors are usually independent. 

 

So, am I a good instructor?  I like to think I'm good at what I do, and since most of my business comes by word of mouth, I think others do too.  But you don't have to take my word for it. Below are some genuine reviews, but if possible ask someone who has learnt with me, and get real feedback.

 

On a personal level, I'm married with two boys, one at Uni and another having just finsished.  When I'm not teaching people to drive I enjoy being sociable with family and friends, cycling and walking, music and DIY.  I spent most of my career in the retail motor industry prior to being an instructor.

is currently a VW Polo 1.0 .  It's nippy,  refined and comfortable , and very easy to drive. It's a 2023 model  and picture will follow  It has dual controls for your safety(and mine). I don't offer automatic at present I'm afraid.
